Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Find your university (or enter your school's site address), then sign in with the account your school already gave you. Uni Hub doesn't create a separate account — it uses your existing university credentials.
I forgot my password.
Uni Hub doesn't manage or reset university passwords. Please reset it through your university's own login page or IT help desk, then sign in to Uni Hub with the new password.
Some features (grades, GPA, schedule, attendance) aren't showing.
Those come from your institution's student records system and appear only where your school provides them. If your university supports them and they still don't appear, email us and we'll take a look.
How is my data handled?
Your login and academic data stay on your device and are sent only to your school's own systems. See our Privacy Policy for details.
